At Whispering Line, we take great care in creating and shipping our art. Because of the nature of our work, we have a very strict return policy. Please read it carefully before you buy.

1. No Returns or Refunds

In general, we do not accept returns and we do not give refunds. All sales are final.

2. Proof of Condition

To protect the quality of our art, we take detailed photos of every item twice:

  • Once right before it is packaged.

  • Once again, right before it is shipped. This allows us to prove the exact condition the item was in when it left our studio.

3. Shipping and Insurance

  • Insurance: We ship all purchases with insurance to cover loss or damage during the initial delivery.

  • Our Responsibility: We are not responsible for damage that happens during shipping or during return shipping.

4. Special Exceptions

We only allow a return if there is an extreme reason. This must be agreed upon by us first.

  • How to Request: Email info@whisperingline.com with the subject line "Return Request."

  • What to Include: You must give us the exact details of why you are making the request and attach photos of the product.

  • Return Number: If we agree to the return, we will give you a Return Number. We will not accept any packages that do not have this number written on them.

5. Requirements for a Refund

The art must be returned in exact, perfect condition. We will not issue a refund if:

  • There are any smudges, marks, or physical damage.

  • The item has any odors, including perfume or cigarette smoke.

  • The item is damaged during the return trip back to us.

6. The Inspection Process

Once we receive your return, it must pass a strict inspection:

  • Three staff members will look at the art to make sure it is still perfect.

  • If all three staff members agree the art is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund for the price of the item only.

  • Shipping Costs: The cost of the original shipping and the cost to ship the item back to us are not refunded.

NOTE: The inspection process take 2-3 business weeks, and requires the sign-off of all three selected staff memebers.
